Twenty-three

Count down is on!! Twenty-three shopping days left! I'm not going to count Christmas Eve, you have to be crazy to wait that long to shop! Wait a minute, I've shopped on ..never mind. I am of course pointing out the obvious. You already know there is only 23 more days left. Some might already have shopping all done and over with. Lucky lucky!! Just going to toss an idea out there for ya. How about a unique way to propose? How about using a Christmas ornament to ask that all too important question. Be sneaky, hang it on the tree when your sweety isn't looking, then play I spy with her. As she is looking on the tree, get down on one knee with the ring and be ready when she turns around! Okay, maybe that sounds corny to you, but as a woman typing all this, I like it! Just an idea. We have different sizes and shapes in the Christmas ornaments. Even some cute ones for doggies. Can check if we have any for kitty cats. White Line Screen Printing is plum full of stuff that can be personalized and customized just for you! Drop by and check us out!!

How cool would you be if you got that picture put on a puzzle for them? They could take themselves apart and back together again repeatedly. Just a couple of ideas, White Line Screen Printing has so much to offer in uniqueness. Honestly! Come on by, call, or just stop by the website. We are more than happy to help you!!

Sublimation, another area of White Line Screen Printing

I must admit to knowing the just the gist of sublimation and the process used to sublimate something. Not so sure I can explain it properly. Was you aware that the whole sublimation process consists of a specialty paper, printer, and of course the dye? To be honest, I was not fully aware of everything myself. I had to look it up. From what I gather, using the dye-sublimation printer (which only uses the colors Magenta, Cyan, Yellow, and Black), you can print your design to the specialty paper. There is no drying time as you would find with ink jet papers. Once printed on the paper, you then take the image and apply it to your item using a heat press. The process sounds simple enough. It's actually a little complex. You must be printing on polyester. Not a blend, but 100% polyester. As you go to print the image under high temperature and pressure, the dye (sublimation ink) turns into a gas and goes into the fabric and solidifies into its fibers. It's permanent people. Not coming off at this point! Neat huh? Chemical reaction, scientific, and all that jazz. There is more than shirts that can be used with this process. White Line Screen Printing offers a wide range of items. I am going to have to research some more to be able to tell you the difference in printing on a 100% polyester t-shirt and a door hanger. Alas, that is for another day......

You know Christmas is just around the corner....

That's right world! The holidays are upon us. YIKES! Where has this year gone? I'm really not so sure, but taking another look at the calendar confirms it, we are now 78 days away from Christmas. It's that time of year to think about what everyone you know wants. Not necessarily needs mind you, but WANTS. Helpful little hint to all that is thinking of practical, functional purchases. What do you do about or for the person that has everything? I have a good idea, actually was my mom's idea. Every year, my mom would buy an ornament, then personalize it with receivers name and the year on it. Now, let us take that one step further for you. How about an ornament with picture, name, and year on it? It can be any kind of picture you want. Vacation, kids, dog, cat, car, tractor, You really want me to go on? Throwing it out there, catch it if you like. That's just one idea. How about a door hanger for you tween/teen as a stocking stuffer? Or, a kicking key chain for the lucky one getting a new car? There is a lot of things offered here, take us up on them!
